JPH Architects have successfully delivered an abundance of Social and affordable housing schemes including new build and refurbishment projects to meet client or end user requirements. We place the brief at the heart of the design process to ensure that people can live, work and play. We have also assisted registered social landlords develop managed facilities for people with specific needs, such as supported accommodation which provided homes for veterans.
Mission
Our designs place people at the centre of the process to ensure the aesthetics and arrangement of what is created, meets the clients brief and the end users needs. We have been designing with the aid of guidance and documentation such as The National Model Design Code, Planning Policy Wales, JRF guides, DQR and Lifetime Homes for nearly two decades!
Vision
We enjoy creating spaces, buildings, environments and places that offer a sense of community. Placemaking is one our our core objectives and the functionality, practicality and affordability of our designs is managed closely with our clients throughout the process. We have vast experience working with a range of housing associations and have delivered projects providing architectural and client agent services.
