JPH as Architects provide a design package which is derived from the RIBA plan of works and can contain all or part of the following stages to suit a particular project or client’s vision, ranging from plans drawn for planning permission and building regulation approval to a full service which comprises the following;
Tender documentation and action.
Construction and contract administration to practical completion.
Construction administration and construction services including inspections, evaluations and final account.
BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a 3D modelling process with an integrated collection of data and information supported by a philosophy and process, which aims to ensure full collaboration between construction professionals. The management and integration of information including the production of the Building Information Model provides a digital description of all aspects of the build asset. This information is utilised through the design and construction process and is handed over to the client providing crucial data to assist with building management throughout the whole life cycle of the asset.
JPH Architects Ltd have Permission for Commercial Operations License (PFCO) and are able to safely plan and carry out aerial photography and videography. Aerial photography allows for a different perspective at Hi resolution and creates images for use within web sites and marketing material.
Within the construction industry aerial inspections of details and sites can be carried out. Aerial photography can help to reduce working at height risks and help monitor progress of works carried out on site.

"Our passion is Architecture! We are focused on design and also enjoy the technical aspects of projects. We endeavour to use natural and sustainable materials where appropriate to make buildings that work and wear well, enhance, complement and sit well within the selected setting. As a practice we are also interested in new building technologies, techniques and materials."
